Ink & Roll Fingerprinting (FD-258, C216C)
Perfect rolled impressions on any fingerprint card - completed while you wait, accepted by the FBI, RCMP and agencies worldwide.
Classic Ink & Roll, Done by Professionals
Some agencies - especially in the United States and overseas - still require physical fingerprint cards taken in ink. A rejected card means starting your application over, so technique matters. Our technicians are trained and assessed on rolling technique, and every impression is checked for ridge clarity before you leave.
Cards and Forms We Complete
- FD-258 - the standard U.S. applicant card for FBI checks, U.S. licensing and employment
- C216C - the RCMP card for Canadian civil purposes when ink is requested
- FD-1164 and other U.S. agency-specific cards
- State, embassy and foreign police force forms (we follow each agency's instructions exactly)
- Cards supplied by you, or printed by us on certified stock
How It Works
- Bring your card or requirements. If the requesting agency gave you a specific card or instructions, bring them. No card? We supply FD-258 and C216C stock.
- We verify your ID. Two valid government-issued IDs, one with photo.
- Rolled and flat impressions. The technician inks and rolls each finger, then captures flat impressions and completes the card's data fields correctly.
- Quality check, then it is yours. We inspect every print, reroll anything weak and hand you the finished cards while you wait.
Tip: moisturize your hands the night before but arrive with clean, dry hands. Very dry or worn fingerprints take a little longer - we are patient, and rerolls are free during your visit.
